What was once mainly acquisition and assembly had become something more deliberate: classification, documentation, restoration, triage, and preservation.

Forgotten Industries began as a hardware project during the 2014 enthusiast PC era. It was built from watercooling parts, cases, cables, radiators, fittings, tools, and the obsessive supply chains of a very different internet.

Over a decade later, in long-term recovery from substance use disorder and after years of scientific, classical, and medical training, he came back to what remained.

The work had changed.
