What is known

Found-image meme supplied for The Shadow Zone: a Shiba Inu head cut out against black, desaturated and heavily contrast-crushed so the eyes read as flat dark points, under the burned-in caption "HAVE YOU SEEN THIS DOG?" A faint "imgflip.com" generator mark survives at the lower left and is recorded as a tool credit, not an authorship attribution. The breed is the same as the archive's own resident Shiba, which is coincidence rather than provenance — this is not a photograph of Potato. Photographer, source frame, and date remain unverified.

The Shadow Zone

A holding zone for surreal found media and uncanny artifacts that surface around the archive — images with no clear origin, kept as evidence of the culture that accretes on forgotten machines.
