Identification notes
What is known
Found clip supplied for The Shadow Zone: an animated loop of about three seconds, seen here through a representative frame. The frame is pixel art from the opening of the video game Zero Wing, showing the cyborg villain CATS with green hair, a mechanical eyepiece, and a purple cape, above a dialogue box that reads "CATS:". The filename ties it to the famous mistranslated line "All your base are belong to us," which is not visible in this frame. Maker, origin, and date are not recorded. The exif scrub reported no location metadata to strip.
