A mustached man in a dark suit and tie speaks into a microphone in front of wood paneling, apparently giving testimony. A burned-in subtitle reads "I believe that to be true within a reasonable degree of scientific certainty, yes." It circulates as a reaction for mock-solemn agreement. The speaker, proceeding, and context are unverified, and he is not identified here. Maker, origin, and date are not recorded. The exif scrub reported no location metadata to strip.
