Identification notes
What is known
Found clip supplied for The Shadow Zone: an animated loop of about 3 seconds, seen here through a representative frame. A tall, bald, pale man in a light shirt and red bow tie stares toward the viewer against a dark field with red curtains, under the subtitle "It is happening, again." The line and setting are recognizably those of the Giant from Twin Peaks, a fictional character. The episode, the clip's editing, and its captioning history are unverified. Maker, origin, and date are not recorded. The exif scrub reported no location metadata to strip.
