At the low end a crude, grinning figure is labeled "1 monitor"; at the peak a crying, bespectacled figure is labeled "3+ monitors"; at the high end a calm, hooded figure is labeled "1 monitor" again. The percentages and IQ axis are the template's decoration, reproduced as found and not a real measurement. Maker, origin, and date are not recorded.
