What is known
Found image supplied for The Shadow Zone: a top-and-bottom caption meme reading "Sonic Warfare / Written by Cormac McCarthy" over a photo of an older man seen from behind, in a wide-brimmed hat, denim shirt, and canvas vest, a bone-handled revolver holstered at his hip, sitting at a Yamaha mixing console topped with wireless receivers. The joke casts a sound engineer as a Western character; the man is unidentified. Maker, origin, and date are not recorded. The exif scrub reported no location metadata to strip.
