Identification notes
What is known
Found image supplied for The Shadow Zone: a small, low-resolution head-and-shoulders photograph of a young man with a mop of dark curly hair, a thin goatee, and heavy-lidded eyes, wearing a dark hooded top over a blue shirt. The image carries no caption or burned-in text; its meaning in the collection presumably comes from the context it circulated in, which is not preserved here. The person is not identified, and nothing in the frame names him. Maker, origin, and date are not recorded. The exif scrub reported no location metadata to strip.
