Identification notes
What is known
Found image supplied for The Shadow Zone: a textbook-style flow diagram in two rows. Under "Maladaptive pattern:" the boxes run "lose at chess" to "'I'm worthless.'" to a red "Depression" box. Under "After cognitive restructuring:" they run "lose at chess" to "'this game is for nerds'" to a green "No depression" box. The joke borrows the look of a cognitive behavioral therapy diagram; its therapeutic claims are reproduced as found and not endorsed or checked. Maker, origin, and date are not recorded. The exif scrub reported no location metadata to strip.
