The ruler appears alongside a Games for Windows Skyrim PC DVD case, establishing its role as a scale witness for resale, cataloguing, and artifact condition photography. Usable condition: surface scuffing, softened reflectivity, and shop patina are present, but no obvious bending, breakage, or unreadable measurement zones are visible in current photographs.
