What is known
Two August 15, 2026 photographs document the retail box for an EK-MOSFET MSI X99 XPower water block. The front label identifies the model and the printed material selector visibly marks Nickel Plexi. EK's archived manufacturer page names the corresponding product EK-MOSFET MSI X99 XPower - Nickel, EAN 3831109815397, with a nickel-plated electrolytic copper base, acrylic top, G1/4 threads, preinstalled nickel-plated brass standoffs, black anodized aluminium backplate, thermal pads, and mounting mechanism in the original package; fittings were not included. EK lists physical compatibility with the MSI X99S XPOWER AC and visual compatibility with the MSI X99A XPOWER AC. These are manufacturer product specifications, not a claim that this photographed box still contains those parts. The box remains unopened or otherwise un-inventoried in this accession. Photograph every enclosed component and count the thermal pads, backplate, fasteners, washers, standoffs, instructions, and seals before changing the object to physically verified.
