The IcePack is the Western Digital 2.5-to-3.5-inch mounting frame and heat sink associated with 3.5-inch VelociRaptor assemblies. Exact frame part number, revision, quantity, adapter-board presence, thermal-pad condition, screws, and relationship to each WD4500BLHX drive require direct photography and reconciliation. Do not assume the presence of an IcePack changes a drive's device-reported model from WD4500BLHX to the WD4500HLHX retail-assembly designation.
